Mark Eugene Yoho, age 78, of Proctor, WV passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, June 18, 2023.
He was born September 30, 1944, son of the late Mark W. Yoho and Virginia Ruth Hudkins Yoho.
Mark was a 1962 graduate from Moundsville High School. Following school, Mark served in the U.S. Navy from 1962-1966, as a gunners mate on the U.S.S. Cacapon in the Vietnam War.
Mark retired from Ormet in 2003, after 37 years of service. He enjoyed farming, hunting, gardening and attending the Waynesburg livestock Auction. He was a member of the American Legion Post #3, Moundsville and the VFW Post #437, Moundsville.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother: Larry Yoho and a grandson: Jakob Yoho.
Left to honor his memory are his wife, of 56 years, Mary Hickman Yoho; one daughter: Penny (Kelsey) Ashcraft; two sons: Mark A. Yoho and David (Shelly) Yoho all of Proctor; four grandchildren: Brelle and Kyrie Menendez and Elizabeth and Blake Yoho; one sister-in-law: Mary Rose Estep Yoho of Proctor and one brother: Colin (Norma) Yoho of MO.
Per Mark's request, there will be no services. Private inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family.
