Sandra Regina Hall Rader, age 74, of Wheeling, WV, passed away Sunday, June 24, 2023 at Liza's Place, surrounded by her family.
She was born February 22, 1949 in Wheeling, WV daughter of the late Thomas and Hazel Burris Hall.
Sandra was a former clerk at Spic & Span Dry Cleaners.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers: Tom and Paul Hall; one sister: Lela Gordon; one half-brother: Henry Carpenter and two half-sisters: Flossy Morris and Myrtel Carpenter.
Survivors include two sons: Ronald (Tina) Rader and James Rader; three grandchildren: Tyler Blakely, Zachery (Christina) Rader and Travis Rader; two great grandchildren: Tinley Blakely and Kenna Skye Rader; two brothers: Jimmy Hall and Ralph Hall and one sister: Anna Kavanas.
A Celebration of Life Dinner will be held on Friday, July, 7, 2023 at the Elm Grove Civics, 21 Sycamore Ave., Wheeling, WV.
