Willard L. "Bill" McMillan, age 76 of Cameron, WV died Sunday, June 25, 2023 at home.
He was born August 4, 1946 in Glen Dale, WV the son of the late Randall and Mabel Turk McMillan.
He was a retired coal miner; a member of Wolf Run Presbyterian Church; he loved his animals, especially his dogs, goats, and horses; and enjoyed restoring his tractor.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Glen McMillan; and his first wife, Donna McMillan.
Survivors include his loving wife of 31 years, Tammy McMillan; four daughters, Billie Jo (Jim) Wodusky of Wheeling, Teresa (Mark) Stout of Moundsville, Paula (Rich) Siburt of Cameron, and Jessica (David) Zwack of Wheeling; a son, Frank (Jessica) Smith of Rayland, OH; eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2-6pm at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 400 Jefferson Ave., Moundsville.
Private Services and Interment will be held at the convenience of the family in Wolf Run Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Cameron.
