Deborah H. McCulley Parkison Haning, 65, of Wheeling, WV, passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2023 at Liza's Place, Wheeling, WV.
She was born August 20, 1957, in Stuttgart, Germany, and was the daughter of the late John S. and Peggy Dorsey McCulley who passed April 25, 2023.
Deborah was a graduate of Mount de Chantal Visitation Academy and attended WVU. She was a former Account Manager with Hallmark Card Company and a former head chef at Wheeling Country Day School.
She was a Presbyterian by faith and long-time member of the Oglebay Mansion Museum Committee.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Clifford Parkison; and son, Joshua Parkison.
Deborah is survived by her husband, Morgan Haning; brother, Brian G. McCulley; son, Alexander Parkison; 2 stepdaughters, Mimi (Jeff) Parsons & Megan Haning; and a sister-in-law, Anne Haning.
There will be no visitation or services at the request of the family.
