Exie Craig Delaney, 70, of Wheeling passed away on Saturday July 1, 2023 in Wheeling Select Specialty Hospital.
He was born in Wheeling on November 1, 1952, son of the late Exie D. and Bertha (Craig) Delaney.
He is survived by his wife Billie Kay (Watenpool) Delaney; son Exie Craig DeLaney, II; daughter, Connie (Tommy) Wilson; 5 grandchildren, 2 sisters and 1 brother.
