Judith A. Isaly, 82, passed away on July 4, 2023, at her home in Sardis, Ohio, surrounded by her three daughters and her sister, who loved her with all their hearts.
Judy was born on September 21, 1940, in Sardis, Ohio, the daughter of the late James and June (Myers) Fuchs.
Judy was a true "River Pilot". She was a member of the River Alumni Association, team captain of the River 200 Club, and an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan.
In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death in January, 2023, by her husband of 66 years, Charles Isaly, her brother, Jimmy Fuchs, and her sister, Mary Boston.
She is survived by her three daughters, Jackie Isaly of Mooresville, North Carolina; Jill (Sam) Schumacher of Woodsfield, Ohio; and Jana (Jay) Tingle of West Layfette, Ohio; seven grandchildren, Tyler (Tiffany) Schumacher, Chrissy (Ryan) Ferguson, Amanda (Collin) Seevers, Stacey Schumacher, Caleb (Jasmine Pelfrey) Tingle, Audrey (Eric Meininger) Tingle, and Gabe Tingle; ten great – grand – children, Raylin, Lucas, and Madeline Schumacher; Cooper, Charlie, and Callie Ferguson; Beau Schumacher; Lincoln and Lofton Tingle; and CC Seevers.
Judy is also survived by her very special sister, who was like a daughter, Dianne (Tom) Nelms of Powhatan Point, Ohio, two brothers, Kenny (Dixie) Fuchs, of Clarington, Ohio, and Bobby (Linda) Fuchs of Hannibal, Ohio, Larry (Evelyn) of Sardis, Ohio, numerous nieces and nephews, family, and friends.
There will be no visitation or service. Upon cremation, inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family.
