Margaret C. "Marge" Mucheck, 87, formerly of Canonsburg, PA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 11, 2023.
She was born in Wheeling, WV, on January 3, 1936, the daughter of the late Hugh and Margaret (Hannon) Carroll. Marge was a graduate of St. Joseph's Academy and a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and the Christian Mothers in Canonsburg. She would spend her time volunteering with several non-profit organizations, including Canonsburg Hospital and Meals on Wheels.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Rudolph "Rudy" Mucheck; a brother, Bud Carroll and a son-in-law, Alan Dobbs.
Marge is survived by her four daughters, Judith Mucheck of Pembroke Pines, FL, Kimberlee Dobbs of Sacramento, CA, Adriane (Harold) Cox of Rapid City, SD and Kristen Mucheck of Boston, MA; five grandchildren, Jessica, Wanbli, Emily, DJ and Hunter; one great- granddaughter, Savannah; brother, Jim (Rose Marie) Carroll of Wheeling.
Family and friends will be received Friday, July 14, 2023 from 2-4 and 7-9pm, at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Elm Grove Chapel, 154 Kruger St.. A mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, July 15, at 10 am and St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
