Nancy Carol Anderson, 88, of Bellaire, Ohio formerly of Wheeling WV, passed away peacefully July 14th, 2023 at the Shadyside Care Facility.
Nancy was born May 17th, 1935 to the late Oscar and Vesta Taylor, Nancy worked many years at Wheeling Hospital as an aide before moving to Bellaire, Ohio where she worked at the Country Club Retirement Center until her retirement at the age of 69.
In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by husband James Anderson, a sister Mary Hay of Florida, brother Don Taylor of Ohio, and a grandson Justin Anderson.
Nancy is survived by sisters Ruth Warfield of Massillon, Ohio, JoAnne Rouse of Columbus, Ohio, Brenda (Bryan ) Sutton of Newark, Ohio and a brother Jerry Taylor of Florida. Also surviving are sons David (Lisa) Taylor of Chicago, Illinois, Don (Laine) Castello of Wheeling, Jimmy and Ricky Anderson of Wheeling, and Sam (Pam) Anderson of Martins Ferry, Ohio, 12 Grandchildren, 22 Great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Altmeyer Funeral Homes on 1400 Eoff Street, Wheeling, WV on Thursday, July 20th, from 2pm until 8pm.
