Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Saturday, August 12, 2023 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville, where funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, August 13, 2023 with Dwight Williams officiating. Burial to follow in the Jolliff Cemetery in Silver Hill, WV.
