Robert Mark Raper Jr., 44, of Wheeling, WV, died Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at home.
He was born December 25, 1978, son of Robert Mark Raper, Sr. and Sheila Ann Monroe.
Mark was a self employed general contractor.
He is survived by his father, Robert Mark (Susan) Raper, Sr.; mother, Sheila Ann Monroe; daughter, Cameron O'Kelley; brother, Ryan Raper; sister, Tanya Stanton; stepbrother, Greg Robertson; aunt, Kathy Palmer; uncles, Charles Raper and Edwin (Sherry) Raper; and several cousins and friends.
There will be no services.
