Alice Elizabeth Loy, 71, formerly of Wheeling, WV, died Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at Seacoast Assisted Living, Tampa, FL.
She was born July 17, 1952, in Wheeling, daughter of the late Archie and Marjorie Gwennap Loy.
She is survived by her two sisters, Jan, and Bobbie and one brother Archie; her son and daughter in law, Brain, and Caitlin Powell; her daughter and son in law, Michelle and Lee Wilson; and five grand- children Trey, Max, Bryce, Emma, and Addison as well as other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. at The Salvation Army 3333 Eoff Street Wheeling, WV 26003. Her ashes will be interned at Halcyon Hills Memorial Gardens alongside her beloved grandparents, Abednego, and Hazel Gwennap.
