Donna Jean Donahie passed away peacefully Sunday, September 24, 2023, at Wheeling Hospital Continuous Care Center.
She was born May 11, 1933, in Martins Ferry, OH, a daughter of the late Theodore Aurthur and Georgia Agnes (DeFrank) Duck. Donna was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church and a Martins Ferry High School graduate. She was a loving wife to late husband, Paul Donahie and a devoted mother to her three children, Paul (Elizabeth) Donahie, Michele (Stephen) Murphy and Brigitte (Mike) Mazure.
Donna was an incredibly proud grandmother to Sean Murphy, Danielle (Brad) Murphy-Baker, Troy Murphy, Paul-Michel Donahie, Vance Mazure and Luke Mazure. She is also survived by her brother, Larry "Butch" Duck.
Donna is preceded in death by her siblings, Richard "Dick" Duck, Letty Matia and Carolyn Thomas.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff at Wheeling Continuous Care Center for all of their care and support they have given to Donna over the last few months.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family at a later date.
