Elizabeth Mae (Hall) Garner, 73, of Wheeling, WV, passed away on Saturday, October 7, 2023, at Liza's Place.
She was born September 23, 1950, in Wheeling, WV, to the late Paul & Delores (Robinson) Hall.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph "Rick" Garner; and two brothers, Edwin and Robert Hall.
Elizabeth is survived by four sons, Donald (Michelle) Hall, David (Theresa) Metz, Robert (Beth) Metz, and Ricky (Sarah) Garner; a sister, Delores (Bud) Villers; a brother, Paul Hall, Jr.; and her 8 grandchildren & 7 great-grandchildren.
