Frederick Biggs, beloved husband, stepfather, and friend, passed away on October 14, 2023, in Wheeling.
He was born on August 15, 1939, in Colerain, Ohio. Fred lived a fulfilling life, leaving behind cherished memories for all who knew him. Fred will be remembered as a devoted husband to his wife, Mary (Harding) Biggs, who preceded him in death. Fred was also preceded in death by his parents and his step-son, John Harding.
Fred was a loving son to his mother, Eva (Savage) Biggs, and his father, Louie Biggs, both of whom he now joins in eternal rest. His memory will forever be treasured by his surviving family and friends, including his stepdaughter, Elnita "Candy" Zadai, and her husband, Jim. Additionally, he leaves behind his step- grandchildren, James Zadai, William Zadai, Ashley Zadai, and Christopher Zadai.
Private services to honor and celebrate Frederick's life were arranged by CARE Funeral & Cremation Specialists. Fred was laid to rest at Halcyon Hills Memorial Gardens.
