Friends and family will be received on Friday October 13, 2023 from 11 am until the time of service at 1:30 pm at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Wheeling (304-242-2311) with Elder Melvin Williams officiating.
Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling.
