Linda Mae Miller, 81, went home to be with our Lord on October 21, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Lester and Angela Werner.
Linda is survived by Bob, her husband of 63 years; her four children, Jeff, Bill (Dawna), Kathy (Mark), and Susan; and her grandsons, Bob (Ashton), Jacob, Billy, Curtis, Nathan, Michael, Isaac, Brant, and Vincent.
Linda enjoyed yearly trips to Florida with her lifelong best friend, Jean McGrath. They enjoyed life together no matter what the occasion. She also enjoyed monthly group luncheons with girlfriends from the St. Joseph's Academy for Girls from where she graduated in 1959. Linda was a dedicated dairy farm wife and devoted 4-H mom, enjoying farm life and nature, cooking delicious holiday meals, her grandsons, and all of her puppies and kittens.
Family and friends will be received at the Altmeyer Elm Grove Chapel, 154 Kruger St., on Friday, October 27, 2023, from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm and from 6:00 until 8:00 pm. A Funeral Mass officiated by Rev. Jeeson V. Stephan will take place at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at St. Vincent de Paul Church. Procession to the Bishop's Chapel, Mount Calvary Ceme- tery, for Linda's committal service will directly follow the Mass.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
