Sandra Jean Hoxsie Ziolkowski, 63, of Wheeling, WV, passed away gently in her sleep Tuesday, October 3, 2023, after a battle with brain cancer.
She was born March 10, 1960 in Massachusetts, daughter of Sylvia Carlson Hoxsie and the late Donald Hoxsie.
She graduated from Orchard Park High School before working in the service industry and ultimately growing into her life of artistry; creating jewelry, glass-blown beads and pottery.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister, Donna.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her devoted husband, David "Ziggy" Ziolkowski; two sons, Zachary and Dillon Ziolkowski; step- daughter, Jennifer (Justin) Phillips; grandchildren, Jayce and Jayla Phillips; brother, Eric Hoxsie; and sister, Susan Brown.
A private service will be held for close friends and family.
