James Chancellor Frame, III, 73, of Rayland, OH, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at Shadyside Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center.
He was born January 24, 1950, in Wheeling, WV, to the late James Jr. & Floretta "Flo" (Florence) Frame.
James was a retired banking manager with U.S. Bank and a veteran of the U.S. Army.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, David Frame; a sister, Debbie Zinn; brother-in-law, Bill Zinn; his niece, Krista Irwin; and granddaughter, Isabella Machine.
James is survived by his two daughters, Leesa (Kris) Helt and Jamie (John) Machine; and his four grandchildren, Devin Helt, Adryona Helt, Xavier Helt, and Chancellor Machine.
Friends will be received Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Wheeling, WV, (304-242-2311) from 5 p.m. until service at 6 p.m.
