Sonya L. Caldwell, 62, of Moundsville, WV; died Wednesday, November 15, 2023 in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.
She was born January 23, 1961 in Glen Dale; the daughter of the late Clyde and Beatrice Berisford Moore.
Sonya was a med-tech with Trinity Health Systems; an avid reader; enjoyed the pool; and loved spending time with her grandsons.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Debra Walker and Donna Hill; one nephew, Steven South; and one niece, Teresa Blake.
Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Daniel A. Caldwell; one daughter, Christine (Wesley) Booher of Glen Dale; two grandsons, Weston and Aiden Booher; and her best friend, Cindy Polen.
Family will receive friends Monday from 3pm until the time of the memorial service at 5pm at Grisell Funeral Home and Crematory, 400 Jefferson Ave., Moundsville, with Kevin South officiating.
