Vickie Lynn (Runnion) Kettler, 70, of Wheeling, WV, passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at Wheeling Hospital.
She was born March 14, 1953, in Martins Ferry, OH, to the late Clarence and Alberta (Hungerman) Runnion.
In addition to her parents, Vickie was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Lee Kettler, and six siblings.
Vickie is survived by two daughters, Diane Machine and Heather Baciak; eight grandchildren, James Machine, Jr, Gage Machine, Jacob Machine, Whitney Baciak, Daniel Baciak, Dallas Baciak, Marcedes Baciak, Maria Marino; three great-grandchildren, Gracelynn Machine, Aiden Williams, Iyla Baciak; and her sister, Patsy (Ken) Speidel.
