ELIZABETH MORRIS
Elizabeth Ann Morris, 62, of Martinsburg, formerly of Sharpsburg, MD, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, surrounded by family, under the care of Hospice of the Panhandle after a long battle with Cancer.
Born August 28, 1961, in Wheeling, WV, she was the daughter of the late Paul David Cornelia and the late Jacqueline Gloria Cornelia. She was raised in Wheeling, WV. Elizabeth retired as a Registered Nurse from the State of West Virginia. She was a RN for 37 years working in Wheeling, WV, Morgantown, WV, Frederick, MD, Hagerstown, MD, and Martinsburg, WV.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her late husband Terrence Lee Morris. She is survived by her three brothers, David Cornelia, Micheal Cornelia, and Steve Cornelia; one daughter, Jacqueline Robson and husband, Justin, and one granddaughter, Abigail Robson; two sons, Daniel Morris and fiance’ Savannah Hodges, and Aaron Morris.
Elizabeth was very involved with her children’s and grandchild’s life. She was a caregiver and an avid Cross Stitcher.
As one of her last wishes she is an anatomical donor, with the West Virginia University.
In lieu of flowers the family asks to please make a donation to Hospice of the Panhandle.
A memorial service for both Terrence and Elizabeth will be held on 6/20/24 on their 37th wedding anniversary. The memorial service will be at the Williamsport American Legion, located at 400 American Legion Ave, Williamsport, MD, 21795, from 2pm to 5pm.
