Janet Louise Albaugh Birch, 79, of Wheeling, WV, died on December 25, 2023. She was born on July 12, 1944, in Wheeling.
She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Albaugh, mother, Nancy Albaugh Tofaute (Henry), brothers James and Robert Albaugh, son-in-law Patrick Jones and grandson, Josiah Titus-Glover.
Janet is survived by her daughters Deborah Jones and Michelle (Philip) Titus-Glover; seven grandchildren: Christopher, Caleb, Sean (Cara Lena), Jeannah, and Ryleigh Jones and Gideon and Hadassah Titus- Glover; loving sisters- in-law Sue Albaugh and Mavis Albaugh; as well as many other family members and friends.
Janet deeply loved God, her family and her friends. She loved playing cards, watching football and spending time with the people she loved.
Janet read the obituaries every day and joked that, "I need to see if my name is in there." Today, we read them for you and found your name.
A memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, January 20 at noon at St. Michael Catholic Church in Wheeling, followed by burial at Greenwood Cemetery and a reception at the Angelus Center at St Michael Church.
