TIFFANI NOELL FLEAGANE

Tiffani Noell Fleagane, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, and Wheeling, WV, passed away on December 5, 2023, in Palm Beach Gardens, FL after a lengthy struggle with her heart. She was born in Steubenville, OH, on December 10, 1973, and is the daughter of James and Norma Fleagane of Wheeling, WV, and Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Tiffani graduated from Cardinal Newman High School, West Palm Beach, FL, where she played athletics in several sports, won many most valuable player trophies, and was awarded "Best All-Around Female Athlete." She earned a bachelor's degree from Ohio University and worked as an assistant in the family owned business, Fleagane R.E. Development.

Tiffani was preceded in death by her infant brother, James John Fleagane, Jr., and a sister, Misty Jean Fleagane of Celebration, FL.

Tiffani is survived by her parents James and Norma (Teichman) Fleagane; her sisters Dr. Jamie Lynn Fleagane, Dr. Kristy Ellen Fleagane, Holly Ann Fleagane, and Heather Elaine Fleagane; her brothers-in-law, Sean Lally, Kevin Hughes, and Dr. Mike Monroe; her nieces and nephews, Alexa Samyn, Austen Samyn; Demetri, Nik, Eleni, and George Monroe; and Blake James Fleagane; and a grandniece Makayla Jean Samyn.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 15, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Altmeyer Funeral Home Elm Grove Chapel, 154 Kruger St. Church service and celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 16, 12:00 p.m., at the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) 1343 National Rd. Wheeling, WV, with Rev. Kenneth Hardway officiating. Procession and interment at Holly Memorial Gardens in Colerain, OH, will directly follow.
