William Edward "Bill" Adams, 82, of Wheeling, WV passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at Wheeling Hospital.
William was born on September 8, 1941, in Wheeling, WV, to the late Richard & Elma (Beall) Adams.
He was a graduate of McKinley vocational school and was the Owner/Operator of Adams Refuse & Salvage for over 20+ years.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, William Adams, Jr.
He is survived by his wife Sandra (Pockl) Adams; his three sons, Richard (Jennifer Giles) Adams, Jay (Christy) Adams, Thomas (Amanda) Adams; sister, Carole Adams; brother, Terry (Patricia) Adams; five grandchildren, William Adams, III, Alexandria (Jason Mausling) Adams, Kyla (Jacob Flading) Adams, Jay Joseph Adams, Kaitlyn (Brandon) Alt; and 5 great-grandchildren.
There will be a memorial visitation on Saturday, December 30, 2023 from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m., at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St. Wheeling, WV (304-242-2311).
