Betty Ann Hughes Coulling, 94, of Wheeling, WV passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at Wheeling Hospital.
Betty was born October 10, 1929 in Anniston, Alabama to the late Charles Sr. & Lena (Sharpe) Hughes.
She was a graduate of Gadsden High School in Gadsden, Alabama. Member of Elm Grove United Methodist Church, former member of Rebekah Circle at Elm Grove UMC, Oglebay Institute, Poinsettia Twig at OVMC, Jean Laupp Thomas Circle, and King's daughters & sons.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Coulling in 2011.
Betty is survived by her children, Karen Coulling, Clark (Louise) Coulling, Brenda (Ken) Bonenberger; grandchildren, Amy Rice, Amanda Rice, Kimberly (Ryan) O'Connell, Claire Coulling, Grant (Pam) Coulling, Jill (Ryan) Hillberry, Andrea (Mike) Costello, Ryan (Sarah) Bonenberger, Alex (Manon) DeFelice, Chase (Katie) DeFelice; and great- grandchildren, Chloe, Logan, Dillon, Ace, Maggie, Brennan, Darby, Sadie, Charlie, Declan, Cole, Hudson, Ivy, Margaux, Dash, and Blaise.
At the family's request, services will be private. Arrangements by Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St. Wheeling, WV (304-242-2311). In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Elm Grove United Methodist Church.
