James Henry Howley III, 70, of Wheeling, WV, died Friday, January 5, 2024 at Liza's Place.
He was born September 8, 1953 in San Antonio, TX, son of the late James Howley, Jr. and Marion Hazzard Howley.
He retired as a quality control manager at Centre Foundry and was a member of Corpus Christi Parish.
Jim was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and got to witness the enshrinement of his uncle, Chuck Howley, into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2023.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his niece, Amanda Guzman; and nephew, Matthew Chaplin.
He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Jean Posey Howley; sons, Joseph (Stephanie) Howley and Christian (Miranda Perusek) Howley; grandsons, Wyatt and Elias Howley; and sister, Sherry (Larry) Guzman.
