John M. Antlake, 88, of Wheeling, WV passed away on January 13th, 2024 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home.
John was born on March 7th, 1935 in Martins Ferry, Ohio, son of the late John A. Antlake and Cecelia (Ney) Antlake.
He was a member of St. Michael Parish and a retired member of the IBEW_Local 141.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Nora M. Antlake.
John is survived by his wife Josephine (Lamalfa) Antlake, sisters-in-law Themla Kittle of Weirton, WV and Marie Rostic of Rogersville, Missouri, and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Good Shepherd Nursing Home, Don Kirsch, Edie Taylor and her staff for their care and compassion.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 18th, from 10:00am until 12:00pm at Altmeyer Funeral Homes on 154 Kruger Street, Wheeling W.V.
Following the visitation, a Mass of Christian Burial will take place at the Bishop's Chapel in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
