Joyce Ann Fonner, age 73, died Sunday, January 14, 2024 in Moundsville Health Care Center, Moundsville, WV.
She was born September 22, 1950 in Woodruff, WV.
She was a Baptist by faith; and volunteered for many years at the House of Carpenter.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William J. and Olive Murphy; a cousin, Madge Lane; several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include a cousin, Donna Sellers of Friendly, WV; sister, Shirley Little; an aunt, Joann; several nieces and nephews.
Family would like to thank the staff at Moundsville Health Care Center for their wonderful care.
Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
