Don "Dee" Norman, 68, passed away peacefully January 30, 2024. Don was born November 3, 1955 in Wheeling. He worked for the Wheeling Post Office as a rural carrier for many years. His favorite pastime was fishing and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers play. He is survived by his wife, Jackie Norman, his daughter Bailey Norman and his two sisters, Cherie Doerr and Shevawn Walters. There will be no formal services.
