Glenda J. Corley, age 86 of Moundsville, WV died Thursday, February 8, 2024 in The Heritage in St. Marys, St. Marys, WV.
She was born July 16, 1937 in Belington, Barbour County, WV, the daughter of the late Clinton and Maudaline (Ware) Crihfield.
She was a member of Cornerstone Church of God; loved needle point, puzzles, word searches, crochet and was a great cook.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Corley; two sisters, Athalea Rowlands and Carolyn "Emily" Allen; and three brothers, Leon McCauley, Kenneth McCauley and Ronnie Crihfield.
Survivors include three children, Connie Blake of Moundsville, Kevin "Rich" (Anita) Corley of Proctor, WV, and Mark (Mary) Corley of Limestone, WV; five grandchildren, Nathan (Kiera) Corley, Mitch (Jonay) Corley, Heidi Corley, Kylie Corley, and Jeannie Ann Blake; six great-grandchildren, Gavin (May), Spencer, Belle, Maddox, Soren and Freya; a brother, Randall Crihfield; several nieces and nephews; brothers- in-law, Wayne (Delores) Corley, Neil (Nadine) Corley, Leon Corley, Goff Allen, and Emerson Rowlands; and a sister-in-law, June Delauder.
Family will receive friends on Monday from 3-7pm at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 400 Jefferson Ave., Moundsville. where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11am with Rev. Ronald Wilfong officiating.
