Jessie Mae Dailey Wildman, age 91 of New Martinsville, WV, passed away Saturday, February 10, 2024, at Moundsville Health Care Center, Moundsville, WV.
She was born July 6, 1932, in Sycamore, PA, a daughter of late Charles Alonzo and Laura Katherine Roberts Dailey.
Jessie was a retired seamstress for Greenway Manufacturing. She liked to draw, sketch, sew, bake, and work on jigsaw puzzles. Loved and adored babies, when giving and receiving hugs. Also enjoyed drives in the countryside and walks visiting with others.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, George Alvin Wildman; 6 brothers, William A. Dailey, Melvin A. Dailey, Francis M. Dailey, Ralph V. Dailey, James M. Dailey, and Alvie Dailey; and 2 sisters, Mary E. Campbell and Nellie E. Hixenbaugh of Burton, WV.
Survivors include 2 sons, Alvin R. Wildman of Shadyside, OH and James M. Wildman of New Martinsville, WV, and a granddaughter Danielle Christina of Las Vegas, Nevada.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family at Rosemont Cemetery Rogersville, PA. Arrangements entrusted to Grisell Funeral Home & Cemetery New Martinsville, WV.
