James Bernard Heil, 90, of Wheeling, passed away on Thursday March 21, 2024.
He was born on April 27, 1933 in Wheeling, WV, son of the late Charles Heil and Mary (Beall) Reinhardt Pritsch.
James was a Veteran of the US Air Force, served in the Korean War and was a retired freelance Industrial Designer.
James is survived by two sons, Mike Heil of Richmond, TX, Steven Heil of Germany; two daughters, Avi Heil of Germany, Michelle Heil of Houston, TX; ex-wife, Ursula Newson of Richmond, TX and 5 grandsons.
Friends will be received on Monday March 25, 2024 from 12 - 3 pm at Kepner Funeral Homes, 16 Kruger St. Wheeling (304-242-2311) where services will be held on Tuesday March 26 at 11 am.
Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling.
