KERRY PEVARSKI

Kerry George Pevarski, Age 71, from New Martinsville, WV passed away Friday morning, March 8th, due to a long illness. He was born Feb 10, 1953 in Martins Ferry, Ohio. Son of the late John Pevarski and Mildred Dowdell, and stepmother, Phyllis Pevarski.

Married on June 9th, 1973. He is survived by his wife Lois (Poulson) Pevarski from Willowick, Ohio. Beloved father of Jason Pevarski, Jesse Pevarski, Jennifer Pooler, and son-in-law Mark Pooler.

He is survived by his sister, Judi Stephenson, brothers Craig Pevarski (Diane), Glenn Pevarski (Nanetta), David Pevarski (Lori), Aunt Phyllis Penko, and many cousins including Sharon Crail, Patti Lundberg, John Penko, and Jerry Koneski. Brothers-in-law David Poulson and Tim Poulson (Deborah). He was preceded in death by his brothers, Keith, John Allen, Joseph Kropka and many cherished family and friends.

Kerry enjoyed playing tennis, skiing, golfing, fishing, and watching football. Even with two sons with Spina Bifida, he took his family on many vacations including cruises. He would carry his son who couldn't walk up and down ladders to make sure he never missed out.

He worked 26 years at Coal Mine #4 in Clarington, Ohio. He went back to school to become an industrial electrician. He then retired from Eramet in Marietta, Ohio.

As a loyal friend and family member he will be missed. He was one of Jehovah's Witnesses and looked forward to seeing his loved ones again on a paradise earth. John 5:28, 29

His memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 30th at 1:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 900 4th Ave, Paden City, WV 26159. Also, the service will be available on Zoom. For more information, please contact 859-904-9193
