Manetta T. Freismuth, age 97, of Wheeling, passed away peacefully Friday, March 1, 2024, at Liza's Place with her beloved family by her side.
She was born August 20, 1926, in Wheeling, daughter of the late Joseph and Manetta Fralinger Kammer.
She was a Catholic by faith; enjoyed doing crafts, bingo, and puzzles.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul J. Freismuth; one son, Gregory Freismuth; two sisters, Rosemary Kelly and Theresa Savage; two brothers, Charles and Joe Kammer; and a son-in-law, Donald Thomas.
Survivors include three sons, Jim (Peggy) Freismuth of Fairmont, WV, Robert (Donette) Freismuth of Wheeling, and William Freismuth of Blacksburg, SC; two daughters, Nancy (Charles) Gormastic of Cumming, GA, and Carolyn (Herb Hupp) Thomas of Bridgeport, OH; one sister, Marcella Link of St. Clairsville; one daughter-in-law, Renee (Joe) Shutek of Bridgeport, OH; twelve grandchildren; ten great- grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Private Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
