Sandra "Sandy" Smith Butler, 83, of Wellsburg, WV passed away peacefully, at her home on March 13, 2024.
She was born March 14, 1940, in Wheeling, WV to the late Charles and Geneva Emerson Smith. She retired from Bethany College, where she worked in the business office.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert E. "Bob" Butler and her grandson James "JR" Butler.
Sandy is survived by a son Ronald C. Butler (fiancee Paula), a daughter Robin McGowan (David) all of Wellsburg, WV, five grandchildren, and thirteen great grand- children also survive.
Visitation will take place on Saturday, March 16, 2024, From 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. at Reasner Funeral Home 1515 Charles St. Wellsburg, WV. Interment will follow at Kadesh Chapel Cemetery, Wellsburg, WV.
