Smith, Deborah "Debi" Marie, 60, of Wheeling, WV, passed away Monday, April 8, 2024. Friends will be received for a memorial visitation on Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 10 AM until the time of the memorial service at 11 AM at Christ United Methodist Church, 1232 National Road, Wheeling, WV.
