Nancy Ruth Ramsey, age 92, of Wheeling, passed away Thursday, April 4, 2024, at Liza's Place.
She was born February 10, 1932, in Wheeling, daughter of the late Herbert and Ruth St. Myers Ueltschy.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband: George E. Ramsey; two sisters: Carolyn Westmoreland & Mary Ann Curtis; and one brother: Paul Ueltschy.
She was a former craft instructor for the Seeing Hand Association; Christian by faith; enjoyed crafting, reading, music, & gardening; she was a devoted & loving wife, mother, grandmother, & sister.
Survivors include two daughters: Lori (Allen) Smith of Zanesville, OH and Sharon Ramsey of Wheeling; one brother: William Ueltschy of Champaign, IL; one sister: Peggy Loria of N. Las Vegas, NV; two grandsons: Charlie & Joey Smith; and several nieces & nephews.
Services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family at Mt. Olivet cemetery.
Arrangements entrusted to Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 1 Ridgecrest Rd., Bethlehem/Wheeling.
