Edwin William Raper, 80, of Wheeling passed away on Sunday May 12, 2024 peacefully at home.
He was born in Wheeling, son of the late William and Eileen (Kearns) Raper.
Edwin was a dedicated Christian who loved our Lord. He will be sadly missed.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Samantha Robinson and nephew Robert Mark Raper.
Edwin is survived by his wife of 50 years, Sherry (Becker) Raper; children, Edwin M. Raper, Sharie (Dennis) Klingler, Jackie (Eric) Chico; grandchildren, Gage Matthew Raper, Randelle Hedges, Brandi Blazier, Kristopher Bazier, Eric Chico, Jack Chico; great-grandchildren, Elena Robinson, Landon Robinson, Serua Fain and Ember Anderson; sister, Kathy Palmer, Johnnie Ann McKee; brothers, Mark Raper, Sr., Charlie Raper; niece Tonya Gardner and nephew Ryan Raper and other nieces and nephews.
