Felicia Ann Harto, 89, passed away on May 15, 2024, in Wheeling, WV. Felicia was born on November 23, 1934, the daughter of Felice and Lillian (Stasia) Petrone.
Family and friends will be received on Sunday, May 19, from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm & on Monday, May 20, from 9:30 am until 10:30 am at the Altmeyer Funeral Homes Elm Grove Chapel, 154 Kruger St. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, May 20, at 11:00 am at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church with interment directly following at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
