Kevin Wayne Fiber Sr., 68 of Wellsburg, WV, passed away at 9:05 PM on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at his residence under the care of his family with the assistance of Valley Hospice.
Kevin was born on September 6, 1955 in Steubenville, OH. He was the son of the late Dale Fiber and Ruth (Davis) Fiber.
Kevin retired from Banner Fibreboard. He was a member of The Foundery Church. Many will remember him for his love of restoring old cars.
In addition to his parents, Kevin was preceded in death by his brother, Harry Fiber.
Kevin is survived by his wife, Shirley (Meneely) Fiber, Wellsburg, WV three children, Kevin Fiber Jr., wife, Tina, Wellsburg, WV, Amy Guthrie, Husband, Brian, Parkersburg, WV, Rich Fiber, wife, Theresa, Weirton, WV, six grandchildren, Courtney, Stephanie and Austin Fiber, Kaci, Payton and Tyler Guthrie, three siblings, Rick Fiber, Wellsburg, WV, Mark Fiber, Iowa and Vickie Galloway, Wellsburg, WV and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Sunday, May 12, 2024 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM and again on Monday, May 13, 2024 from 10:00 AM until time of Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at the Chambers Funeral Home, Wellsburg, WV (304) 737-3551 with Pastor Dave Keister, officiating.
Interment will follow at Independence Cemetery, Avella, PA.
Luncheon to follow at The Foundery Church.
