Patricia Ann "Patty" Croft Porter, 80, of Wheeling, WV, passed away on Monday, April 29, 2024, at Good Shepherd Nursing Home.
She was born in West Liberty, WV on September 9, 1943 to the late Robert & Myrtle Dougherty Croft.
Patty dedicated her life to her children and grandchildren. She was a true angel and loved by so many.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Robert Croft, Jr.; her granddaughter, Amberlynn Rose Porter-Klinger; and her grandson, Devin Sovinsky.
She is survived by her husband, John Porter, Jr.; three sons, J.T. (Karri) Porter, Zachary Porter, and Patrick Porter; her daughter, Bobbi Porter (Kevin Sovinsky); her step-daughter, Heidi Jo Porter; her brother, Jim (Joann) Croft; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received on Friday, May 3, 2024 from 4pm until the time of service at 6pm at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St. Wheeling, with Pastor Sonny Croft officiating. Private interment at Mt View Cemetery in Dallas, WV will be held at the convenience of the family.
