Rachel Denise Wagner Mills, 41, of Wheeling, WV, died Monday, May 20, 2024 at home.
She was born January 9, 1983, daughter of Dennis and Deanna Deegan Wagner.
Rachel was a Speech Pathologist at East Ohio Regional Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Larry Deegan; paternal grandparents, Dale and Lois Wagner; uncles, Denny Deegan and Jeff and Matthew Wagner; and a niece, Ashley Baciak.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her loving husband, Drew Mills; brothers, Jason (Natalie) Wagner and Eric Wagner; maternal grandmother, Gloria Deegan; aunts and uncles, Mollie Deegan, Bill and Maureen Dolan, Kevin and Julie Deegan, Phil and Karen Wagner and Diane Wagner; nephews, Lenon and Layton Wagner; father and mother-in-law, Bruce and Sue Mills; sister-in-law, Erica Mills; brother-in-law, Brice (Courtney) Mills; and several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends and family will be received Saturday, May 25, 2024 from 12 PM until the time of service at 3 PM with Rev. Margie Carr officiating at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Wheeling (304-242- 2311).
