Sharon Ann McMaster Higgins, 72, of Wheeling, WV passed away on Monday, May 27, 2024, at Good Shepherd Nursing Home.
She was born on September 24, 1951 in Weston, WV, to the late Lloyd & Madelyn McVey McMaster.
Sharon was a member of the Fun Seekers Dancing Club of Weirton, Wheeling Eagles, the Red Hat Society, and the Weirton Country Club. She loved to sew and do various crafts.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jim Higgins and her grandson, Ryan Hickman.
Sharon is survived by her fiance, Harold Snyder; daughters, Shellie (James) Roberts-Higgins and JoAnn (James) Dotson; grandchildren, Jonathan Phillips (Gary Thomas), Angelica Phillips, Aaron (Brianna) Higgins, Brittany (James) Daugherty, and Jenna Dotson; five great-grandchildren; brother, William (Susan) McMaster; and sisters, Melissa McMaster and Cari McMaster-Prager.
Friends will be received on Thursday, May 30, 2024 from 1-3 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. with service on Friday, May 31, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St. Wheeling, WV (304-242-2311), with Rev. Michael Rowe officiating. Interment to follow at Park View Memorial Gardens.
