Kermit "Rusty" Wellman passed away on June 2, 2024, in Wheeling, WV. Kermit was born on February 13, 1947, the son of Harold and Eileen (Johnson) Wellman and beloved husband of Nancy "Carol" Wellman.
A Memorial Service for Rusty will take place on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at 7:00 pm, at the Experience Church, 47998 Watson Rd, St Clairsville, OH 43950.
