Charles Joseph Robinson, 68, of Wheeling, WV, passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2024, at home.
He was born October 16, 1955 in Wheeling, WV to the late Ralph Sr. and Sarah Kimey Robinson.
Charles was a veteran of the United States Navy.
He is survived by his brother, Ralph (Gracie) Robinson, Jr, and his sister, Barbara Robinson.
Per his wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Arrangements by Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St. Wheeling, WV (304-242-2311).
