Elsie Virginia (Updegraff) Muldrew, 86, of Moundsville, WV passed away Friday, July 26, 2024 at Wheeling Continuous Care Center.
She was born on July 29, 1937 a daughter of the late James and Elsie Updegraff.
Elsie was a retired employee of the Marshall County Health Department, after 27 years of service. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and sitting on her porch swing.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Jim, Tom and Bill Updegraff and sister, Naomi Kimble, son in law Rob Senita.
Surviving are her six children, Kenneth Muldrew, Douglas Muldrew, Tammy (Thomas) Harris, Terry Senita, Kelly (John) Richie, David (Kim) Muldrew, 11 grand- children, 14 great grandchildren, 1 great- great grandchild, one sister, Mary Coffield, and her beloved friend Karen Dougherty.
A Celebration of Life service will be held August 17 at 1 pm at River View Mausoleum, Moundsville, WV.
