John Peter Lahzun, age 91, of Stafford, VA died Friday, July 5, 2024.
He was born June 24, 1933 in Moundsville, WV, the son of the late John and Mary Voloshin Lahzun.
He was a US Navy Veteran; a retired Systems Engineer with Boeing Aircraft; worked for NASA and Lockheed Martin; and enjoyed reading, investing, and science and health matters.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Mike Yurisko; and sisters, Mary Harler, Ann Favata, and Helen Jean Merinar.
Survivors include nieces and nephews, Pam Yurisko, Bill Yurisko, Karen Estep, Mary Beth Harler, Chris Howell, Anthony Favata, and Emil Gene Burak; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
Private Services were held by the family at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, Moundsville.
Private Interment in Riverview Cemetery, Moundsville.
