Kevin Andrew Marchese, 57, formerly of Bellaire, Ohio, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2024, at New Lexington Care and Rehabilitation Center, New Lexington, Ohio.
Kevin was born on August 31, 1966 in Wheeling, West Virginia, a son to the late Frank and Helen (Homer) Marchese.
Kevin was a former member of Sacred Heart Church in Neffs, Ohio, an employee of Belco Works, and also enjoyed his time spent at Tomorrow's Corner.
Kevin had many wonderful caregivers during his lifetime, and was very fortunate to have a big support system after the death of his parents. He was preceded in death by his sister, Maureen Marchese, his brother, Lynn Marchese, brother and sister-in-law, Frank (Ruth Ann) Marchese, and many loving aunts and uncles.
Surviving are his sister, Anita (Tim) Miller, brothers, Michael, Paul (Renee), David (Cindy), Mark (Andrea) Marchese, nieces and nephews, Danielle (Phil) Helow, Chris Marchese, Michelle (Greg) Borisenko, Shaun Marchese, Justin (Dayna) Hehr, Alyson Hehr, Amanda Marchese, Matthew (Alyssa) Marchese, Ashlynn (Jason Rodgers) Marchese, Jonathan Marchese, Bradley (Amelia Heston) Marchese, Chad (Brianne) Marchese, many nieces and nephews, as well as many cousins, and very special cousins, MaryAnn and Warren Galbreath.
Kevin loved spending time with his family making everyone laugh and be happy. He also loved 80's and 90's music. His knowledge and memory of many music artists and songs was truly amazing. He loved cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers, watching WWF wrestling, and participating in Belmont County and the Ohio Special Olympics.
He will be missed by all who love him and we pray for a wonderful reunion in his heavenly home.
Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Home, 441 37th Street, Bellaire, Ohio, on Sunday, July 28, 2024 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. Prayers will be at 8:00pm followed by sharing stories and memories of Kevin's life for those who wish to stay.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30am on Monday, July, 29, 2024 at St. John's Catholic Church in Bellaire, Ohio with immediate burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Bellaire, Ohio.
