Sally Bustamante Mulvey, 73, of Wheeling, WV, passed away Thursday, July 25, 2024, at West Penn Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
She was born July 26, 1950, in Anthony, TX, to the late Prajedes & Angelina Provencio Bustamante.
Sally is the former chaplain of the Women's Auxiliary at the Warwood Vets. She was strong in her faith, always a ray of sunshine, and never met a stranger.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Sonny and Jimmy; her sisters, Stella, Lily, Linda, Rachel, and Patsy.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Mulvey, Sr.; her son, Paul (Natalie) Mulvey, Jr.; daughter, Angee Mulvey-White; grandchildren, Mariah (Evan) McAnulty, Kolton Rogerson, and Bennett Mulvey; her sisters, Josie and Alice; and brother, Bobby.
Friends will be received on Monday, July 29th, 2024 from 4pm-8pm at Kepner Funeral Home/Burke Chapel, 2101 Warwood Ave. Wheeling, WV (304-277-2722). Service will take place at the same location on Tuesday, July 30th, 2024 at 11am.
Memorial contributions may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital or any charity of the donor's choice.
