Barbara Jo Kelly Sisarcick, 64, of Wheeling, WV, passed away Monday, July 29, 2024 at Liza's Place.
Barb was smart, energetic, brave, funny and generous. She had a passion for her family, friends and music. A gifted teacher who saw the full potential in everyone. She dedicated her nursing career to helping others in vulnerable populations. She loved being on the water and you could find her camping or at her lake house. She adored her grandchildren, and her favorite name was Mimi. She was loved and will be missed by many.
She was born March 30, 1960, daughter of the late Richard and Janet Fankhouser Kelly.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Sisarcick.
She is survived by her daughters, Gretchen (Donald) Campbell and Jennifer Pabin; grandchildren, Stuart and Adeline Campbell; sister, Lynn Kelly; brother, Tom (Stephanie) Kelly; and niece, Bailey Kelly.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, August 23, 2024 from 4 – 8 PM at the Elm Grove Civics, 21 Sycamore Ave., Wheeling.
